The people with the most success are unsurprisingly the most used to playing stunties. Not yet, I've only seen about 9-10 match reports so far between fumbbl, league forums/discords and reddit. But, there has been one, maybe a couple of match reports recently on Reddit for Snotlings, so Coaches are trying them out. Sorry, I know I'm not being helpful in my comments, I wouldn't mind seeing some more guides for the Snotling team myself. I'm going to try them in Underworld, to see if they are viable as an alternative to Goblins, them being $15,000 means a lot cheaper player than one of $40,000, and use them to foul turn one of the match, and in Underworld they have Mutation access which is another difference to the Snotlings team. GW probably hasn't made a completely unplayable team, it's just not going to be every Coaches choice of team strategy, and probably is a low tier team, just cause they're Stunties and ST1 at that! That other teams have Snotlings, such as Underworld, means that they'll get play 100% and the team well even if it is the worst team in Blood Bowl history (not saying or even speculating it is though) well some one will Coach it maybe not as their tourney champions, but they'll see some play. Snotlings definitely have utility as players, but, I've not played the Pump Wagon team yet, sorry. But imho if you try this you may succeed once in a while. Of course, expect game not to go according to plan. Hopefully you have made enough damage to score on turn 8. Nothing is good for that but it is what you got. Screen/cage with trolls, snots, whatever is left.
On attack, ball to Morg and grind your way up the field.With Morg/Reaper and the hoppers chances are not too bad (for a TTM) Always keep 1 reroll for the OTTD attempt.Maybe in turn 8 I would throw a snot to see if I can impact the carrier.
Opponent is going to stall so try to remove players with Morg, Ripper, trolls and pump wagon. I would try to cause as much damage as possible.
